I stopped after work at a park I have hunted pretty much. The weather was beautiful and with the growth down I just wandered around enjoying the colorful foliage and fresh air.
I ended up hitting a spot neither Nate and I had previously detected. From the finds it appeared to be the site of a 1960's clam bake. I found clam shells, foil, a silver plated fork, beer can lids and period coins.
Although not that old it was cool to put back together the event that generated the coin finds.
